The way to Recover Deleted SMS from iPhone Is there any way to recover text messages that are deleted on iPhone 4? I got a message from an individual that was random and I wanted to delete it. So I swiped my finger across the first entry in my Messages folder and hit delete. Then I saw exactly the same message and I understood that I deleted the one that was wrong.
